100 Eglinton Square
100 Eglinton Square is a future development land situated on 18,000 square feet in the Golden Mile neighborhood of Toronto’s eastern Scarborough district. The area is undergoing a period of major redevelopment with the 2022 opening of the Eglinton Crosstown light rail transit line. Several mid- and high-rise residential buildings, offices, parks and new road networks will be constructed in the coming years. Current tenants include Burger King and City Optical.
