Asset Management
Lee Chow Group actively provides property and asset management services on behalf of investors and partners for all assets in the portfolio. We also provide services for a limited number of properties outside of our portfolio, including leasing expertise, accounting, capex projects, project management, financing, and general property management services.
Development
Lee Chow Group actively invests in development and re-development lands. We also co-invest and form joint venture partnerships with other development and construction firms throughout the construction process.
Tenant Care
We take pride in our tenants’ businesses. Our bespoke portfolio of urban properties in desirable, high-density locations serves a broad range of tenants, from small independent shops to large multinational chains and franchises. Our experienced team always collaborates with our tenants to ensure their vision is realized and the property is well maintained throughout their tenancy. We are solution-oriented and when challenges arise, we seek to fully understand the situation to ensure timely results.
Private Equity & Debt
Lee Chow Group actively participates in property loans, in both senior and subordinate positions. The company has a growing loan book of urban income and development properties and is actively growing the lending business through direct lending and partnerships.

With origins in Asia, the family arrived in Western Canada in 1972 and built a Canadian-based real estate business.
