Situated on one of Toronto’s busiest retail streets, 403 Queen Street West is the original home of fashion brand Club Monaco. Founded by Joe Mimran and Alfred Sung, the brand began at this location in 1983 and has operated here ever since.

510 and 569 King St. E. span a combined 18,200 square feet of retail space, located in Toronto’s Corktown neighbourhood at the intersection of King Street East and Sumach Street. Lee Chow Group owns the ground-floor retail space of both buildings. The tenants are a mix of national and local brands including Subway, The Wine Rack, North Medical Spa and Lift gym, among others.
