Dr Lee & Dr Chow

Founders

Lee Chow Group Founders Dr Judy Lee and Dr Wai Kwan Chow arrived in Canada from Asia in 1972. Through hard work, the two doctors built successful medical practices in the southern Alberta city of Medicine Hat.

In 1980, they purchased their first commercial property – a strip mall in Medicine Hat, which the company continues to own and manage today. Lee Chow Group has since expanded into four provinces with holdings in the retail, residential, office, industrial and agricultural sectors. The company bought its first Toronto building in 2010 and has been based in Canada’s largest city since 2016.

Dr Lee and Dr Chow continue to play an active role in the company, providing on-going strategic support to the Lee Chow Group.
